I love this product. I have purchased the chocolate several times. I drink it every morning with my blended coffee and cream. So delicious; and my hair has not only quit falling out; but heavy regrowth to balding areas. I lost a lot of hair after having covid, and aging in general. My hair was thinning before covid. But I definitely notice an improvement. I have advanced osteorthritis in both knees; and my knees feel so much better. I still have my limitations as far as endurance, but there is less stiffness and very little pain. I take acetaminophen about once a week now usually on Sundays as I have to sit a long time at church. I don't notice much difference in my nails. They have always been very thin and weak. Overall, this is a 5 star produce as far as I am concerned.

I've tried several but this one is now my favorite. I add it to my coffee every morning and I'm actually having my coffee as I'm doing these reviews lol but I look forward to my morning coffee and adding collagen to it daily I've noticed my mouth isn't as dry as it usually is when I'm at work. It leaves a weird feeling in your mouth that makes mine water and I find myself constantly sucking my teeth when I'm sipping my coffee. It's good.
My morning coffee consists of Starbucks ground coffee, with a scoop of collagen, a few squirts of caramel and I top it off with a vanilla extra extra creamer. I don't put sugar in my coffee but I've noticed the collagen makes it sweeter so I've had to adjust the amount of creamer & caramel I put in. But every morning, so delicious!!!!

I bought this after I tasted a different brand that I couldn't taste when I added it to my coffee. But I bought this brand because it had more forms of collagen. I can taste it in my coffee but not so much when I added some flavored creamer.
