Perfect addition to a home gym

I'm slowly building up a home gym and this is the perfect addition . The weights are 5,10, 15, 20, and 25, so it has the full range I need for an effective workout, with some room to grow (I'm not in the 20-25 ones yet!) the stand required assembly but it was pretty easy and it's super high quality and sturdy. I'm very happy with this purchase, especially for the price!

Pretty basic dumbbells. Stand was easy to put together. Shipped well, packed well, and showed up on time. I do think they should be cheaper, but who am I. They don't smell very much. All in all I'm happy with them.

I bought these. Well made and look good. Will last. Stand is not the best, watch your fingers, but does what it is suppose to do.
THe stand should be wider, you don't need an inch on the inside of either side, it is to narrow for a normal size hand to just lay the weight in. YOu have to use like 3 or 4 fingers.
I would buy again though.

Good quality. They come with a little bit of an oily coating that I had to wipe off. Initial smell, but once wiped off, this went away.

TL;DR
You can't go wrong with this weight set for the money. I got them on a flash sale for under $180, but the regular price is under $200.
The good: Easy to assemble, sturdy stand, nice grips on the weights.
The not-so-good: Rubber smell upon opening, will need some time to dissipate, so I'd plan on leaving them sit in a well ventilated area for a week before seriously using them. Also, the ends would appear to be dipped to rubberize them, and some of the material splashed onto the chrome handles. Absolutely no big deal and can be cleaned off, but something to be aware of. I would also suspect this material would wear off and expose the metal if abused (particularly if it got dropped on the corner of something).
I have no idea how they make money on these as they came to me in 4 separate boxes via UPS. I did have one weight that had some shipping damage to the end (pictured), but it's not the end of the world.
