I originally bought for hair care, but I'm noticing a difference with more than just my hair. My nails have never grown well and are already growing faster and healthier in less than 2 weeks. I started off with 1 pill a day for 5 days. Now I'm at 1 in the am and 1 in pm. Will eventually go to the 3 a day. I'm really impressed so far!! The one con I will admit is the taste - no matter how fast you swallow it - it leaves a nasty taste on the tongue. Thankfully it doesn't last long, but it's still kind of gross. Other than that, solid product and will be buying again!

It's hard to rate supplements since it seems difficult to really screw them up presuming they are as advertised. These provide what they say they will. Only reason I'm rating 4 stars is because the taste and smell afterwards is absolutely nauseating. This definitely can be a deterrent. Perhaps this is unavoidable with this particular supplement? Maybe they could have a thicker capsule to allow it to be swallowed without these adverse effects or with less intensity? Might not be feasible; I don't know either way since I'm only a laymen. Nonetheless this has been my experience thus far.

Idk if it's this collagen I'm taking or coincidence. But I've been taking this for a few months and I've noticed a lot of changes in my body..good changes.
My skin is a lot clearer and brighter.
I usually have very dull, dry, tired looking skin.. but I feel like my face just looks a lot more youthful since taking these.
Not only that.. but I heard collagen can help how your body stores fat, making you look leaner..
