Poor trigger quality

It did great for the first 10 holes, but then is trigger completely broke. It is complete unsafe to use. Since the trigger broke it will just now spin when I hit a rock. I am unsure how to get a warranty or return on this product. I would recommend an Auger where the trigger is more built into the handle.
Update (10/23/23). Even though it was past the 30-day return policy. The vendor did ship out a new trigger, which seems to be a more solid plastic. Going to get that attached by next spring for planting trees. Changed to 4 stars for responsiveness and working with my to get a new trigger. Thank you

Have only done 8/40 of 42" deep x 12" wide post holes. Soil is damp compact clay. Machine gets me about 36" down before it bogs down then I switch to 10" bit and it gets me the rest of the way more or less. The 10" bit cuts like butter. So it does what it's supposed to. Pull cord has already broke but I was able to fix it. Now on/off switch won't work. I have to use choke to shut the machine off. Maybe I can fix that too. I think this auger was worth the money spent. I don't understand the manual as there is no where to add lubricant to gear case. I will need to ask seller. Don't hesitate to buy if you are concerned. I can deal with the little issues as long as it does what it's supposed to do.

I used the 8" auger to drill a mailbox hole. Worked fast and easy. I used the 12" auger to dig holes for trees. That one turned out a bit more because tree roots and big rocks made it jump around and hard to hang on to. It did do the job fairly quickly though. So far, I am loving it.

They were extremely helpful and insisted that they send a replacement, I'll buy any future products I need from them due to this experience. It's hard to find a manufacturer that stands with thier product in today's world, let alone one that does the right thing.
