Will buy it again only for a lower price.
Although they are very good and a nice change for my always-pancakes-on-Sunday breakfasts, the box has only enough mix for 3 servings. Being that I need 2 servings every Sunday breakfast (for 2 persons), I will need to buy another box every 2 Sundays!
Not buying again at least the price goes down dramatically!

Gives a great pizazz to your pancakes. It tastes fantastic. The final look of the pancakes is a little greyish/brownish purple as opposed to the vivid purple one may like. It's also a bit pricey. But I keep buying these boxes, it's worth it.

Most gluten free replacement products I use feel like a sad attempt to recreate something delicious, but these are so light and fluffy and delicious that it doesn't feel gluten free. And I don't need to smother them in anything. I put a very small amount of fruit preserves on em and they're delicious.
