So I bought the unflavored Juven, for me the best way to get it down was to mix it with a bouillon cube, and make a broth, since it already has a slight salty taste and mixes better in warm water this was perfect. The other way I used it was to mix in with my protein shake. I do not like sweet drinks so I knew I wouldn't like the flavored variety. Hopefully the plastic surgeon will be pleased with my healing.
