The bag is good but ive had it for maybe a month and ive already destroyed the base suction cups alone dont do it. Spoke to them day of writing this they say they will be sending a new base blwon away with service

Took 1 star off b/c the "fill hole" is ridiculously small and cap should be a more secure, threaded twist cap. Yes, absolutely, fill with sand. Water is an accident waiting to happen. I filled w/almost 150 lbs sand & used a silicone baking mat, loaded it w/sand, created a funnel tip (like a canoli) & massaged the sand in. Once I abandoned the wide neck funnel & took the 'canoli' approach it was filled in under 2 hrs. Not fun but considerably quicker. Have been using for almost 3weeks & I hit this thing HARD. Wobbles, yes, but does NOT fall over. (PS: Suspended bags AlSO move ppl - kinda the point - so not sure why it's such an issue -??) In short, this is a great sturdy size for solid kickboxing cardio @ home. Probably going to remove the suctions & affix some felt. So far, loving it - except for the subpar fill hole ....

This thing is great! Obviously you can't punch it full force without expecting it to fall over or break eventually. But you can hit it hard enough and it's great for training purposes. Mine's on carpet so I cut a piece of granite polished it up and put some adhesive furniture movers underneath, so I can slide it out into position when I'm ready to use it and slide it back when I'm not. Suction cups work great! I used base gel that I bought off Amazon to put inside the base because I think it'll give it better weight than sand or just water and it's less messy and easier to dissolve it to remove it if I ever needed to move. Out of all the ones I researched I think this one is the best one!

When I first bought the bag I filled the base with sand, and went to use the bag. The plastic base moved a little when I hit it, it looked like it was almost caving in. Well it turns out, the plastic started cracking where the bolts are. I tried using plastic weld to repair the damage, but the bolts continued to pull until the entire bag was separated from the base.
I reached out a couple times to get a new base and they sent one to my house within a couple weeks. This time I used base gel to fill it and I'm dialing back the power and it seems like the base isn't nearly as stressed this go around (It moves as one heavy blob rather than folding at the top when I strike it). Definitely use the gel over sand, its much quicker, you can fill it all the way to the top easily, and it has prevented the base from developing stress cracks like it did the first time.
