I ordered this set with the intention of using the equipment for Les Mill's body pump classes (I do the virtual classes). I am impressed with the equipment, and it is comparable to the official weight set that LM offers for $600+. I gave this set 4 stars because the red secure pieces do come loose, and sometimes the extension come loose from the core bar, but it is easy to quickly re-secure it and it does not pose a safety risk. Very happy with this purchase!

I wanted to hate this. It looks different than normal dumbells and the weights felt too light for me. But it's allowed me to work out from home and make good gains over the last 3 weeks. The weights are completely adjustable and it comes with a bar that lets you do curls, shoulder presses and other workouts that require low weight and high reps to build muscle. Overall it's a part of my everyday workout routine.
It's also great if you're very busy throughout the day and only have 10 minutes here and there to get some movement going. You can set it nice and tight next to you while you work and on those free-moments get a set of 10 reps in for your biceps, shoulders, or legs if you squat.
Great investment that already paid off for me health wise.
Verdict: If you are short on time and really want to get some work outs in throughout the day at home, this will get the job done.
