Bought as a gift for my dad, who is working through PT and hoping to regain the muscle he's lost over the years. Seem to be exactly what he was looking for! Really like this product. It arrived very soon after placing the order. Since I cancelled my gym membership during the pandemic, I've been looking to add a few, small work out items. I've seen similar products listed on Facebook Marketplace, but this one is super easy to use.
The weights easily come off and the long bar can be quickly added on or removed with just a few simple turns. Not sure if I can get additional weights to add to the total. Thi is is only 22 lbs in total. But it's a good starter and doesn't take up much space
