I had a pair of shoes that were too long, thus big on the heel, and these heel pads helped with the issue. The adhesive on the liner is strong and sticks to the shoe as long as you let it settle for a few minutes before using. So far, I've worn my shoes for two eight-hour shifts at my restaurant job and the grip is still gripping! Interestingly, this product is hard to find in stores so I definitely recommend this online purchase.

These little guys make all the difference in those flat shoes you want to wear, but which slide up and down the back of your foot or rub your heel painfully. It's as easy as pie to take the sticker off and insert them in the back of your shoe, and all of a sudden it's like a little cloud is sitting at the back of your heel. I would highly recommend placing them in the back of your shoe before removing the sticker paper to figure placement and walking a bit. If I could give these ten stars, I would!
