This product is awesome, super easy to set up and break back down, so it's perfect for traveling with small animals (I use it for my rats when we're on a trip and they need a temporary enclosure.) One of my female rats is a power chewer and has escaped from several travel containers, but this one is very thick and durable plastic that she hasn't been able to chew through yet! But more than the product, I want to highly, highly praise the seller. Due completely to my own mistake, I didn't realize the white version wasn't available for prime, and I ordered it right before we moved 12 hours away, thinking it would make it on time. Unfortunately it didn't, and I ended up moving way before the cage was delivered. I contacted the seller asking if there was anything that could be done, but it was too late to cancel the order since it had already been shipped out. Completely my mistake, but they offered me a FULL REFUND for the white one, and said I could just keep it when it arrived. Unfortunately I'm too far away to retrieve it from my old house, lol. But it was a super kind offer, and I ordered the yellow one to fill my need. They have been so incredibly patient with me, and I am so grateful. I really wish every seller was like this!! I'm not loyal to many sellers or brands, but I would buy from this seller again and again. Great customer service makes ALL the difference.
