Seller kindly offered up a refund for my troubles, so I felt it was fair to edit my review. I have over 10 years of kickboxing experience and have broken more than a handful of bags in my time, so it wasn't too much of a surprise it happened to this one. This bag is probably good enough for 90% of people looking to buy it, just not durable enough for someone with my level of experience.

This heavy bag was pretty good in the beginning, but started to break down very quickly-after only 3 months of using it for 2-3 days per week.
I have 10+ years of kickboxing experience and have broken a number of heavy bags over the years, but never this quickly. I filled up the base completely with water at first and it began to leak from the bottom after 1 month. The screw holes used to hold the suction cups ripped after I threw a kick on it, and it would leak continuously until the entire base was empty.
To fix this I ended up filling the base with sand and it was working properly for another month. That wasn't good enough though, as it completely cracked around the top of the base where you screw on the bag itself.
It is completely unusable at this point. I had high hopes for this bag because it holds a good bit of weight at the base and could initially withstand some good strikes, but I wish I had gone for one with more durability. Not feasible to buy a new heavy bag every 3 months. I'll be going with a more quality brand next time.

The product itself seems very durable and well put together. It took about 15 minutes to get set up, with the majority of that time coming from filling the base. However, I'm having two frustrating issues. The suction is not working on my concrete garage floor.. There is just no suction at all for some reason. Second, My punches are rocking the bag pretty solid and when it kicks back, there is definitely water leaking out of the blowhole each time. I wish it was a bit more airtight then that. I feel I have to hold back on my power as a result of these two issues. Enjoying the product though.

The bag seems solid enough to withstand heavy punching. The base required 175 pounds of sand which, even with the use of a funnel, took quite some time and back strain to pour. The room I use for workouts at home has carpet so I didn't use the suction cups. I thought that the weight of the assembled bag would surely keep it in place. Wrong!
I am a muscular weight lifter, go to the gym daily etc etc and I do pack a powerful punch I guess but that bag ends up six feet away from where it was when I first started. I wish the design could have included a textured bottom to the base to prevent it from sliding. I'm sure I'm not the only one to get This bag and attempt to use it on carpet. If anybody out there has a suggestion as to how to immobilize this bag PLEASE let me know!
