Good axe blade, bad craftsmanship on handle fitting.

The steel itself and overall design are good. But when you have to add epoxy to the axe head to prevent light going through the spaces that are supposed to wood. I'm a wood carver for passion and am generally wondering how long until I'll have to re handle this thing. Epoxy is loose now and will most likely fall out from general chopping. Once epoxy is gone there is not enough wood left in the eye to keep the head on.

It's well built and very sturdy. Comfortable handle if you have big hands like me. It's about the size of a hatchet. The blade cover and belt holster are made of a very nice leather.
