Great ebike kit and excellent costumer service!

This ebike kit is excellent! I'm writing this review after a year and a half of use. I never had any issues with the motor, but when I removed the rim to put a new tire I damaged the thread on the hub motor. I reached out to the seller to ask for suggestions to fix the rounded thread and they were kind enough to send a whole new kit for free. It's great to receive a replacement even after a year and a half of use!!

Everything in this kit is well-made and good quality. Only thing extra was I needed to use the included cable adapter for battery connection to the controller and solder the wires for a connection plug to my battery connector. Everything was included except the solder iron and electrical tape. Note: when you attempt to connect battery to controller, touch the red contacts in the plug together first, then the black. Otherwise, you get a big electrical arch. No worries, I got the arch, and everything still works fine. I then tried my new approach, and no arch. It fired right up and front wheel spins in the proper direction. I didn't install the pedal assist, as it lacks the proper bracket to mount the sensor for my bike. It will need to be fabricated to hold the receiver pickup and wire in the right place and orientation, to the magnet sending plate. My bike is a 700c road/touring bike, not an MNT bike, so that's why it will not install just yet. I like the kit very much.
