NOTE: The motor was mounted to the handle using the metric version of (4) 5/16" bolts. These bolts come loose due to no lock washers or thread locker. I recommend this be done before use.

Installing fence at my house with two gates I used 6" 8' long posts had no problem digging the holes took longer to put the tool together and put gas in it than to dig the holes. 72cc engine was more than enough to dig 4' deep with multiple extensions. We already dug other holes now for two other decks and it is so light and easy to use. It helps to have two people in order to lift it out of the holes and dump off dirt. Pleasantly surprised by this tool, well worth it.

Works very well powerful and augers great. But mine came damaged broken air cover and plastic bolt. I fixed it my self with steal parts much better and will last longer for sure

Wow, what a time saver this was... heavy clay like soil, no rocks. Only took about a minute or two to drill about 30 inch deep holes using the 8" auger. Digging post holes are the worst part of building a fence and this made it easy. One hole had roots I had to cut. I'm following the warm up and cool down directions so I hope the engine lasts, which I have no reason to believe otherwise.
