Bought this to reset my fuel alcohol content in the truck's ECM. Was having a hard start/long crank time issue, and when I used my HF Cen-tech 60794 code reader, I found the fuel alcohol content was way high (60%, when I use E10 87 octane gas). Was also having rich fuel codes because of this.
The Creader Elite was able to reset the fuel alcohol back to 0, and my hard start/long crank time issue went away immediately. I also haven't had any rich fuel codes.
The biggest gripe is the lack of user manual to figure out how to use it.

fuel composition reset

first off it did work. took a second try with a cooler head. i had fuel composition issues with my car. no way to reset it. i bought this scanner for that very purpose. i don't trust mechanics, fixed too many problems they overlooked. anyway this is not a simple plug and play. updated it and had no luck. it's not in the auto detect. so i updated firmware and ran the updates again after doing a reset on the tool. then i had to go in and skip the auto vin detection and find the car with year/make/model. a couple more options and i was in. it's got more than i expected in terms of reset/relearn stuff. first try was not so good but leaving it for a bit and almost sending it back for not being as described i fiddled with it again. it was far and away cheaper than the alternative but those hiccups aside, i think i'm good after an oil change. not a fan of the touch screen. it's sensitive and there are some powerful features in it. a mistake could happen easily. other than that, it'll do whatever you need within reason.

My 2013 Yukon hybrid Denali. Yes a hybrid. Needed this to diagnose a hybrid issue that was entirely invisible to a regular obd reader.
This has helped me with some settings in modules, hybrid specific diagnostics, programmed new and old remotes and key assignments to driver numbers. Tire rotation with the sensors. And it's a nice simple interface.
I only wish it would have a battery backup capability so it didn't shut off when the car power plug is removed. The online reports and Wi-Fi connection is handy..
