Got this to program a 2011 acadia for key fobs. Worked right away no issues. Takes a while to do initial updates so get it early, plug it in and setup wifi where you have good signal, tell it to update and let it sit overnight to charge and download everything.

Before my purchase of the XTOOL ip616 2023 model I reached out to support with some questions. After making a decision to purchase this device I am so glad I did it works 1oo% as described it is an amazing tool with lots of functions took me a day to get used to using it but now, I know how to access everything I need to properly diagnose my vehicles. The support never left me I did have some questions after first use but Hedy from xtool support always emailed me back with an answer and to assure me the support is here for me I love my new tool and love the support, I have used it so far on a 2007 Ford Explorer, a 2010 Chrysler Town and Country and a 2023 Chevy Equinox works great I definitely recommend this device.
