We have had these lights for about 1 1/2 years with no problems. Then they started to get real dim and would not work properly. I sent a email to the vendor who replied very quickly to help me figure out our problem. They said I need a new controller and sent one out asap, wow! I got it a few days later and all is good. I really appreciated the company standing behind there product great job. Definitely recommend this product and company

We were away from home for a couple weeks. When we returned, our bistro lights would not turn on. They had worked flawlessly prior to leaving, but now"¦nothing.
I contacted XMCOZY customer service and explained what happened. They said it was most likely the adapter box and sent me a new one, no questions asked. They said, if that didn't solve the problem, just let them know.
Well, unfortunately, the adapter box didn't fix the problem. I contacted customer service again and gave them an update.
They promptly sent me a whole new set of lights!!
They were extremely courteous and very fast to respond AND fast to ship the product.
The entire trial & error process took about two weeks.
I will be purchasing another set for my mom's house and I highly recommend XMCOSY to anyone looking for a quality product from a top notch company!

These lights are super bright at night and I love how you can control the brightness right from your phone. You can set up a time they'll automatically turn on and turn off every night or even just certain nights of the week. The only thing we had a little trouble with was getting it connected to the WiFi at the beginning, but honestly it's more than worth it once it's set up. I'd recommend these to anyone who's wanting to add some life to their backyard

Update: customer service is OUTSTANDING! I contacted the company via email on their site and explained the problem. I received a response within 12 hours with troubleshooting suggestions. When I responded that none of them had fixed the problem and sent the requested documentation, I received another email saying a replacement would be sent. I just received tracking info and it will arrive day after tomorrow. I will upgrade to 5 stars if this one holds up!
Theses lights were exactly what I wanted and they worked great for 1 month and 3 days. Tonight they would not turn on through Alexa or by the manual switch. Nice timing being 4 days after the return window closed. For that price, I expect a product to work for more than 35 days. I am extremely disappointed. 😢
