My third bottle. Not crazy about the taste very sweet but tolerable for the amount that you have to drink. I think it's working. I have noticed my hair seems thicker and more shiney and some of the tough spots on my heels are healing. Haven't noticed much of a difference in my face but that could be a lost cause.
