One a day keeps the bugs away. I'm a big magnet! Taking 1 a day keeps the bites away! That says enough about the quality to me! It takes 3 days did the bigs to react but after that, if you take 1 a day you will have no bites!!

Worked at reducing the number of mosquito bites but did not eliminate them

I purchased this specifically to help stop or reduce the mosquito bites my daughter and I get in the summer while traveling. We both took 1 per day along with 1 Super B complex for 1 month before our summer trip to Panama City. We continued to take them during our trip as well. Unfortunately, for me, I did not have any positive result (I stopped counting at 30 bites on day 3 of our trip) while my daughter only got 5 bites during our 1 week vacation. So, for me it didn't seem to work but for my daughter I take only 5 bites vs. what she could have gotten as a positive outcome, therefore the 4 stars in my review. The pill is tiny and white so easy to swallow but they do have a bitter taste as they are not coated so we just took them with a flavored beverage to mask the taste.
