Can I give this more than 5 stars?!? Who woulda thought I'd be celebrating pudding poop in a diaper!!?!

My bright little kiddo has been a constipated baby from 3 months. We have never had a blow out. Fast forward to 21 months and over a year of prescription medication DAILY... all of a sudden kid is refusing Miralax and now we are in days of no poop, a hard extended belly and she won't eat... desperation leads me to a blog, her kiddo sounds like mine to the "T" down to the Rx's They were on.... I order it immediately...

It took one week starting from 1/4 tsp to 3/4 tsp mixed in OJ (original flavor) to get watery poop. And we have been in the clear since then with pudding poop. I have an appt with the GI dr to get to the bottom of her poop issues and to see if she can continue use of this wonderful magic poop juice.

But either way, it's helped us and I hope this review can help some of you too.

I've tasted (original flavor) it and it's pretty sour just by itself or mixed with water. So I'd recommend mixing it with juice just to get past the lip pucker!!

And she's also sleeping a little more soundly through the night vs waking a few times throughout the night which is a huge plus!!

I realize the benefits of magnesium and read the other reviews and thought I would try it. I followed directions and first had 1/2 teaspoon in hot water and added cold water during day. Later in PM I had 1/12 teaspoon in same manner. There is no taste so I don't understand reviews that says it taste like crap. It is tasteless to me so I had no problem with the taste. I could feel the benefits health wise the first day. The only down size is that I could not get to sleep. It was nearly 4;00 A.M. and I still was not sleepy. I normally stay up til that hour on weekends as not having to return to work until Monday but never during the week. I normally go to bed about 1:30 during the weekdays. Instead of feeling calm, I felt almost the opposite whereas I normally feel calm and it takes a lot to rattle me. This made me feel a little uneasy-- not much but different. (/Guess I should have only tried during the night). I will return the product although I think it is a good product for others who need help falling asleep. Once I go to bed, I fall asleep immediately. /After taking this, I was awaken most of the morning and got about 3 hours of sleep. I was okay when awaken so that was good since I don't require much sleep anyway. i try to get at least 5 and sometimes I push it to 6 hours.

Love this Calm, it takes away my stress & anxiety, to help me relax, so I can fall asleep & stay asleep. I will use this every night.

I struggled with restless legs through my pregnancy, so my midwife suggested this drink mix as a solution. I decided to purchase the unflavored one so I could mix it with juice or other drinks as desired. The unflavored one has an acidic taste all by itself, similar to if you drink lemon water. My favorite juice to mix in is orange juice. After using it a while, I also mixed this with Keyo Green drink mix to get even more nutrition!
From when I started taking this, it helped me with the problem of restless legs and helped me relax more at night. So that was great! However, just being honest, one of the side effects for me was diarrhea. Maybe it was because I took it during pregnancy. Maybe it was because I drank it at night. Anyway, I still think this is a good product.

I have chemical and food sensitivities in addition to allergies and intolerances too, so finding a supplement that is clean enough for me to use is a tricky thing indeed. I have to avoid gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, any sweeteners other than sugar and most petroleum-based chemicals too. I decided to take a chance on this product and I am SO glad I did. I've been slowly trialing it, increasing my dose by an eighth of a teaspoon at a time. I've not reacted negatively to it at all. I am finally up to one teaspoon, which is the recommended starting dose on the package, and apparently my tolerance level as the gastrointestinal issues started today. But that is OK with me as chronic constipation was one of the things I was hoping a mag supplement would help. I will keep working on getting my tolerance up there, but for now I'm happy. I do feel that my sleep is getting more restful, and the chronic leg craps have decreased a lot. I got the unflavored version, due to being sensitive to stevia, and I have to say that I actually like the taste. I have only drank water for the last ten years, so having something kind of fizzy and a bit tangy to drink is fun. I saw one person say it is bitter tasting, but to me it is more like the zip of a lemon without the lemon taste, if that makes any sense. As my title says, I am very happy with this product!
