Pretty good. Very subtle and doesn't leave you all wired or with a headache. On the occasion Ive gotten a couple quick head rushed out of the blue but they dissipate fast. I'm assuming it reacted with coffee I had earlier but overall its a good formula. Just not my all time favorite. I do feel if I take it right before lunch I tend to get through my day without hitting that wall after lunch so sustained energy is noticeable, just perhaps not as great as you would like. i pair it with your favorite nootropic and find I stay pretty alert and peppy.
