I am very happy with my new crazy ab. machine. It arrived promptly and everything PERFECT!! Awesome seller and I would recommend to everyone. I love to work out my abs now !! 😅 It's the first thing I've ever found that truly works on the hardest parts to tone. Thank you so very much!! God Bless
Definitely a must buy. Especially for beginners!

Okay, so Ive had the machine for about two weeks and Ive lost one inch on my waste. I use it continuously. It took me a day to get adjusted to how to use it because I've never had a machine like this and I don't use anything like this at the gym. I would have given it five stars except, like I said I've only had it about two weeks. I am concerned that I may wear out the padding where the knees rest; also, the machine is not as sturdy as I think it should be. I do not think it will fall apart, but I am not certain of how long it will last if I continue to use it twice a day for a hour or so, like I do now. For now, I love it!
If you are not a 6' stud, don't buy this.

I am very disappointed with this piece of equipment -- it is unusable for me. I'm a 56 year old woman and 5'4" tall. I can barely reach the handle bars and end up using an extreme amount of upper body strength to perform the crunch. There is no way to adjust the incline or the length of the sliding motion, which would be essential to making this workable for all body sizes.
I watched the recommended instruction video on YouTube after receiving and assembling the equipment. When I look at the upper body strain on the guy performing the demonstration, I can see why this is not for the average Joe or Josephine. If you are considering buying this, please take a look at the YouTube video first at: http://youtu.be/QjXDF8-xoJU
Also, the connector to the calorie gauge was broken, and a bolt and washer fell loose in the package and was luck to have found them.
This is the one and only time I have panned a product on Amazon, but I think it's important that people be aware that this is not a good purchase.

I do love this. You have to have a lot of self motivation, not strength and yes to do the position with your arms out, it is difficult but you don't use arm strength you use your core so who ever said that was wrong. I find it more of a workout when I don't go all the way back down, keep it high like a crunch. About 80-150 will probably get you results. You have to be self motivated. I already have a pretty decent core. I will say this though, it doesn't do to much for the lower abdominal muscles which is harder to workout. But that's not that big of a deal for me. Do some leg lifts for that.
