This is not a new product and it did not have everything the description said was included.

I bought this for use when I go out of town for work. I used to use the Tower 200, and bought this as an alternative due to it being much easier to travel with. That said it's a solid product overall. The yellow bands feel like they are about 10 lbs each of resistance and the black feel like they are about 5 lbs, so the most resistance you can get is 30 lbs per exercise, which, honestly, is all you really need unless if you are a really big person (I am 5'10" and 177 lbs that can bench 245 lbs and this item provides enough resistance). The downside is that the handles are a little small and run the outside of my hands for many exercises, so I will probably swap them out soon.

I had bought this product in store many years ago from Target or some similar type store to help out with critical leg strengthening exercises to do @ home as most gyms I have attended do not have a place for your kids to go, and finding babysitters is about near impossible. It does what it is supposed to do. One HUGE design flaw: getting replacement bands for when the bands lose their elasticity (and let's face it they will, especially if you live near oceans, or in deserts rubber just does not hold up well in these locations). I have been scrounging the web for ideas on how to get replacement bands; have even contacted Golds representatives themselves about this issue. Golds does not make replacement bands for this product, and the rep I was speaking to was not even interested in passing on this kind of idea (heaven forbid you want to keep something going versus chucking it out and wasting perfectly good materials). So you would have to buy a whole new kit versus getting replacement bands. The door parts themselves are holding up great! So I'm thinking of getting creative and getting bands done to fit in versus tossing this equipment out. That's my word on this product.

I am pretty busy so I don't get to make it to the gym as often as I'd like. This is a pretty versatile and easy to use piece of equipment. There no real set up, you just slide the top and bottom onto a door. It would be nice if there was a little more resistance, but you can always stand a little further away.
