Super solid, easy to install. Accommodate straps for gymnastics rings or TRX gear in a variety of orientations. I hung them from an exposed joist in my basement, using the included 1/2 lag screws on a twinned beam. I might go back and replace the lag screws with longer machine screws and threadlocked nuts for more security, but honestly, there's no need the included lag screws are very secure when driven into sufficient wood. Personally, I wouldn't hang them with drywall anchors.
