Awesome workout! I use this bar with the Bodylastics bands and wow does it put a pump on your muscles. This makes it so much easier to workout at home or in the park. Extremely sturdy bar and very comfortable to use. If your disabled you can use the bar while in bed, just put the bands behind your feet and you can still do arm curls, leg raises and other kinds of exercises safely and comfortably.I believe it is worth every penny. This is the best of the best.
