So disappointed

This seat is beyond uncomfortable. Can't even sit on it for 5 minutes. Problem is I can't return it. So I'm stuck with it. So disappointed
Not enough resistance, about as comfortable as you'd expect a bike seat to be.

Even at the highest setting this doesn't have enough resistance to really get a workout unless you've got the stamina to go crazy on it. Although it does keep your legs active, so that's something. Seat isn't comfortable for more than a few minutes at a time (though that's probably expected), although that's not necessarily a bad thing. I've found it forces me to stand up more often and then sit back down without having to readjust my desk.
Loud Clicking right out of the box

*Update* - Stellar customer service. They contacted me right after my initial review and concern with noise and sent another bike. 2nd bike had a manufacturing defect in a pedal and again they immediately sent another one. Emailing me the whole time and super responsive. Bike is now up and running great. My only criticism is an uncomfortable seat (I'll buy a cover) and no timing mechanism to track how long I pedal. Again, amazing customer service. If you are on the fence it seems they will totally work with you to figure out what you need.
Shipping was fast and assembly was very easy. Unfortunately there is a very loud clicking upon pedaling. I am hoping to hear back from the company before I pack this back up and send it back. It seems like this has happened to others but I haven't read about any resolution in the reviews or questions on this item. If this can be resolved I think this will be a great addition to my office.

Excellent product if you have to sit in front of your computer for work.

This product is sturdy, quiet and perfect if you have to sit in front of your desk for hours. I alternate between my stool also purchased from Amazon and my desk bike. You cannot beat the health benefits, I get my daily workout and work at the same time. I have an adjustable work desk, also purchased from Amazon. This works great if you care about the health benefits. It's a win win deal. Did I forget to add that it's sooo quiet

Great purchase. Its pretty much silent. Pedals forward and backward. Getting daily use out of this and it's a win for me. If your sitting all day like I do at my job, get this!
