I've struggled with sleep my entire life, waking really often and not feeling rested, even after a few sleep studies that pointed to "disturbed sleep" of unknown origin. I started taking this after a doc suggested magnesium. Did a lot of research and tried this one given its great reviews. It worked immediately. I had no problems taking 3 right away and instantly noticed I didn't wake up as often, slept more m restfully, and wasn't having as many episodes of brain fog during the day. I take it with vitamin d about an hour before bed. I was very unsure anything would be able to help, and this has been a game changer. Wish the bottle had more in it so I didn't have to purchase so often, but that's a small inconvenience for the benefits it provides.

I bought this for a parasitic cleanse along with other supplements. It's going to be a 3-month process and I've been taking it for about a month now. I've noticed that I have been sleeping deeper and thanking clearer. It makes me sweat a lot! I'm guessing that's part of the detox process and parasitic cleanse? My sweat smells really weird but I think that's what it's supposed to be doing. All together I would say it does what it's supposed to do.
