One person rote in there review " it doesn't mix up" spoon works great for me. I'm not sure if it comes with a scoop mine did not. I have only taken it for a week now and I do feel better. I'm not hungry all the time. I thought it was going to mess my gut up but it did not.

I don't mind the taste as I put a banana in my smoothies which masks almost any flavor. That said, I've saved the dark, glass jars from other SuperFoods I've purchased in the past and use them for the vegan capsules I've filled with BodyBrite; I like options. Keeping a smaller jar at the office with capsules is convenient if you're rushed and forget to have them at home. Time passes quickly as I fill the capsules while listening to an audiobook or soothing music after a long day. It's not freshly picked from a garden, but it's effect is amazing. I like to give anything I consume a week plus to be sure it'll benefit me -- this fits the bill. I've consumed other Super Foods, but this one's on top!

I'm very pleased with this superfood. I mix it in with fresh fruits and veggies, along with some juice and yogurt for my daily smoothie. I don't taste anything bad, there's no grittiness to it, no aftertaste. If it has everything it says it has, then I am doing something very good for myself and liking the taste at the same time!
My only, very small, issue is that I never did get a scoop with it. I poured the entire container out onto a plate, hoping to find the small scoop buried in the powder, but it wasn't. Maybe I'll get one with my next purchase!
