Gosh. I love this mount. The Arctic Z1 Pro (Gen2) is a great solution. I can now actually adjust the height of my monitor so I don't have to look down and hurt my neck when I play games or do work for hours.
It is absolutely fantastic. It's really hard to find a mount that supports anything above 30lb. My 43 inch is a TCL43S405, which I believe weighs about 28 pounds? Either way, this mount takes it to the next level!
I did have to add some WD 40 to the swivel joint on the mount that lets you tilt or rotate it though since it was pretty hard to move it tilt/rotate smoothly out of the box, but a cotton swab and WD40 later and it's perfect.
Overall, I'm super satisfied with my purchase. If you have a big or heavy monitor this thing will do the trick. The USB hub is a nice touch. I couldn't find any other mount that could do this safely so I'm very satisfied.

Beware of Used/Refurbished Units Being Passed on as Brand New

The first item I received looked used/refurbished. It had a chipped paint in the monitor arm and scuff marks in almost all of the parts of the arm. I would have given 5 stars if not because of this. Had to return the unit and reorder it again to get a brand new one.
The arm itself is great. I use it on my Alienware AW3418DW without any problems. The USB 3.0 ports are great as well. The monitor arm assembly comes with a power adapter for these USB ports.

Such a great product. it is sturdy. it is so easy to mount on the wall. it has a leveling bubble to make it easy. it has a two piece mount so you place the wall plate on the wall and then just slip the monitor in position. it is so fool proof.

This thing is excellent. Very simple to install unless you are like me and screw the back plate on upside down the first time while your wife is laughing at your incompetence. A couple nice things about it. One, the holes for mounting are centered vertically so very easy to get level. Two, the mounting plate actually has a level tiny built in so you just tilt it until the bubble is centered then screw in tight. Three, it has nice range of motion to point monitor whichever way.
The only thing to take notice of is that there are 4 tension screws that you can tighten with the included allen wrench. They adjust how much it tilts up & down & side to side. If you have a heavy monitor, you might need to tighten these up. I stuck an acer 34" predator on it with a few twists, it was sitting perfectly. These screws work really well - you can tighten to the point where it won't move at all.

Holds dual 24' monitors with ease. Clips keep the cables tidy. Came with a lot of spare hardware for mounting pretty much any display with VESA holes. Assembly went super quick. Adjustments are easy with the included allen wrench, but I wouldn't want to re-adjust this every day. It's more suited to tweaking placement over the course of a few days and leave it.
My only complaint is with the built-in powered USB3 hub. It back-feeds power, making my PC a little wonky if I don't unplug it when off. Otherwise, this mount is fantastic.
