have had it for abount 1 month and so far so good (hope it will be reliable in the long term). i like the size as i have old house without a lot of counter space so would be good for small apartment or boat. like the "one cup" concept, as apposed to a multi-cup tank. coffee comes out fine using the starbucks and green mountain K cups i have tried. i ended up taking the white "strainer" out of the fill hole to allow better/faster filling.

I love this work with any k cup. There so many brand; kinds. I just trying different kinds. The main problem is how much water to use. 10 oz for mild and weak coffee. I use powder creamer as it does not cool the coffee. Then 6oz for all other kinds. I try different amount of water, mostly this will be base on our taste. Some will say how much water on the box or the cup. I find that 8oz, 10oz and 12oz. Is two much water. Except coffee. Coffee 10oz. You just keep trying untill you are happy.

Update: Both Amazon and Chulux have been helpful about replacing the coffeemaker, so I will get a new one to use next week. I originally got it because I'm the only person in the office who drinks coffee-weird I know- and I usually like one or two cups during the day. I tried instant and wasn't too impressed, but I like K-cup coffee, and this is a fairly inexpensive coffeemaker that does a good job for the most part. I recommend getting a measuring cup or something to pour the water in, just because using a mug isn't the most accurate. Anyway, I know things can break, and I appreciate this company being helpful in getting me a replacement coffeemaker.

Worked great initially. Liked the simplicity & speed. Unfortunately, it broke down after 2 months of use. Now the water pump makes noise, but does not pull water though the system. Could be a lemon, but disappointed nonetheless...
Update: I was contacted by customer support to try a few things to fix the coffee maker. When that did not work, I was given a full refund of the purchase price. I understand there always is a certain amount of failure rate for all mechanical/electrical appliances, and the company came through in terms of standing by their product. Though I didn't give 5 stars since the experience wasn't perfect, I'm appreciative of the fact that the company did respond in the best way possible.

I've always wanted one of these k cup coffee makers, but could not afford the Keurig brand. This one is great so far! I've had it about a month and I use it several times a day...for coffee, tea and hot chocolate. I love the fun colors too! I purchased the orange one and it goes well with my retro kitchen.
