I purchased this Chulux two months ago for travel and have been using daily at home because I really like it. Today I just ordered another Chulux for our RV.

Only one: I used it for a Vita Brew which truly didn't fit. I brewed it anyway and had grounds all over (refer to easy to clean in Pros, please). All K Cups brew perfectly.

Bought this little coffee maker to travel with and had to try it out. The coffee is ok..but not great..or even good.. I don't think the water gets hot enough for the coffee. I tried several grinds of coffee and different brands..this makes a passable cup if you are just really needing caffeine..but its almost as thin as barely colored water. I really wanted this to be more than ok..

have had it for abount 1 month and so far so good (hope it will be reliable in the long term). i like the size as i have old house without a lot of counter space so would be good for small apartment or boat. like the "one cup" concept, as apposed to a multi-cup tank. coffee comes out fine using the starbucks and green mountain K cups i have tried. i ended up taking the white "strainer" out of the fill hole to allow better/faster filling.

Update: Both Amazon and Chulux have been helpful about replacing the coffeemaker, so I will get a new one to use next week. I originally got it because I'm the only person in the office who drinks coffee-weird I know- and I usually like one or two cups during the day. I tried instant and wasn't too impressed, but I like K-cup coffee, and this is a fairly inexpensive coffeemaker that does a good job for the most part. I recommend getting a measuring cup or something to pour the water in, just because using a mug isn't the most accurate. Anyway, I know things can break, and I appreciate this company being helpful in getting me a replacement coffeemaker.

Product was working fine for about two months, and now is leaking out of the bottom when I fill it with water. I've had it for less than three months, maybe it is just a lemon. I would like to see if I can exchange it.

Got this for daughter going to college - she only wants k-cup machine. This works great. It's like the compact coffee-makers in a hotel room. Perfect for a small space. You pour the amount of water you need into the top (through a metal filter). You can make up to 12 oz (360 ml) of coffee (no less than 5 oz). Pop in your k-cup close the top, turn the dial to lock it then push the power button on the side to brew. It takes about a minute and you'll have piping hot coffee. It actually brews hotter than my Keurig machine. I love the size, color options ... wish they'd had purple, though, and the price is more affordable than larger machines. This is a great option for college dorms, tiny kitchens, camping, bedsits, etc.
NB: Just bought another one for my home to keep in small basement kitchen. It works really well. My daughter loves the Chulux in her dorm room; she says she brews at least 4 cups a day. Its a little workhorse, compact, economical and efficient.
