If you don’t have a lot of money to spend the GENIANI XL heating pad is a good choice.

The GENIANI XL heating pad works fine so far . I haven't used it long. The fabric is comfortable to sleep on under my back. The heating elements are a little warmer than I am use to, but otherwise it's great for helping back pain.
