I do like this product. It's soft and comfortable, the 6 heat settings provide enough options, and hot is plenty hot. I bought two of these, one in February and the other in July. The one I bought in July is no longer working; it just shows an "F".
I know this says 5-year warranty, so I've contacted the company and hoping for a quick replacement.
Edit: seller responded next day. Troubleshooting advice fixed my issue

This is the fourth Pure Enrichment® PureRelief™ Ultra-Wide Microplush Heating Pad I've purchased. Bought one for myself first, but got tired of fighting my husband for it is I purchased one for him. Then my daughter took a liking to it so got her one as well My elderly mother has arthritis and needed a larger size heating pad to drape across her knees - this large format pad does the trick!

The pure enrichment XXL heating pad provides a very warm level of heat to loosen muscles and relieve pain. The size is large enough to cover my back from shoulders to butt - so good for lower back pain and shoulder stiffness. Most heating pads cover just one area. The 6-levels of heat and 2-hour auto shutoff make it easy to dial in the right level and safely drift off knowing that there is CV not risk.

After using my PureRelief XXL heating pad for a couple weeks I have decided that it is one of my most favorite items, and I look forward to it every night! It truly is such a relief, after a long day or post workout I lay on my XXL heating pad and it feels amazing. I'm glad I got the XXL rather than the XL, I find it to be the perfect size. The best part is that it heats up instantly within a few seconds, and also gives me a peace of mind that it automatically sets to a 2 hour shut off. The cord is long and the led display screen helps in the dark. Knowing this heating pad comes with a 5-year warranty made the purchase even easier.

We found this XXL heating pad on Prime Day and so glad we did. Husband loves it. It's his favorite pad of the half dozen we've tried.
With the large size, he doesn't have to work to get heat in right spot and the pad doesn't bunch up or move around. Before this pad we were improvising using two smaller pads at one time.
The heat is adequate and husband loves the option to leave on or set timer.
This pad is nice and special enough to give as gift. We will be watching for it on Black Friday so we can purchase a back up!
