Heating pad is great but oversized power head..

The thick quilted heat pad is fantastic"” a soft cover integrated with the pad so much better than the regular slip on covers with a foam insert.
The pad has a removable cord that unplugs to allow the pad to be machine washed. However it is placed directly on the pad itself in a very bad location
It is sad that they had to ruin it by placing such a bulky cord connector directly on edge of pad. The connector is about a 2 inch diameter by 1 inch thick piece of plastic plastic. It prevents using complete surface to lay or set on.
Another annoying thing is you have to use 2 switches to turn it on. One switch is used to turn it on and a second one to adjust the temperature

This is super soft and that's nice. It takes a long time to get as hot as other plastic-lined heating pads. I would also say that the heat levels 1-6 are a lot lower than the typical heating pad. So the 6 is more like 3 on the cheap plastic ones. It's not bad though, once it's hot on level 6 it's a nice hot level. I use it under my desk for my feet or when it's cold just to stay warm, so it works for that. It is also a great pad if you want to use it for kids because it doesn't get that hot super fast. So I feel safe letting my daughter use it when she asks.
