This heating pad is really nice and big. It fits as a jacket to wear with the ties and the snap closure. I love how big it is and how it covers my whole neck and whole back at once. My other heating pad is smaller and can't do both at once, plus it doesn't bend around my neck and shoulders well like this one does.

I really enjoy and need a product that actually works after an 8 hour shift on my feet and I FOUND ONE! This soft hotpad actually gets too hot on highest setting, even with a shirt on. The massager settings gave me several options which worked well with the heat.
My only issue with this product is that the two massage nubs are too prominent and uncomfortable to lay on. Because it works so well otherwise, I decided not to send it back. Instead, I affixed a little piece of foam to each which worked well.

I haven't had it long but it is super nice. It heats up evenly and quick, the massage part is very controllable with how much and the pressure. I hold tension in my neck and shoulders, using this a couple times a day has helped. Good purchase so far.
