I like the taste of these and time will tell if they lower my LDL cholesterol levels. I will continue to take these to see if they work, as I do not want to take cholesterol lowering medication due to possible side effects. I am just about done my first bag and have had no side effects from taking these. Fingers crossed that my next test in early October will see an improvement in my LDL levels. I do wish they were a little less expensive, but as long as these work I will have no complaints!
