Overall, I'm pleased with the product, but the under-boot strap buckles leave room for improvement. The small holes make them challenging to use, especially when wearing gloves. I even had to create an additional hole to achieve a snug fit. Implementing a flat Velcro system on the inner side could provide a more user-friendly approach to adjustments.

Waterproof Snake Boot Gaiters for Hiking, Climbing, Hunting, Snowshoeing, Skiing, Snow Motorcycle, Trekking, Runing, Rattlesnakes or just snakes in general. I use them to prevent snake bites from the Black, Milk, King and Copperheads that are known to be in this area where I live in TN. I've been bitten twice on the lower leg over the last few years while cutting my lawn, and hopefully these gaiters will put a stop to that. So far, so good!
These gaiters should be worn with high socks as they can cause chaffing on bare skin. They may also fit tight for those with large calves. I rated them 4-stars for these two drawbacks. The straps are good for holding them in place over the top of the shoes I use when cutting, eliminating any attack paths below my knees. Any snake that can strike above the protected area is one I'll see before it sees me.
