Seller was very responsive and reached out to me ahead of shipping to verify some details. Also very responsive when I notified them of an issue and helped to resolve it. The trike is very fun to ride and has plenty of power. The pedal assist is amazing after working through just a few gears and PAS levels in my initial rides. Looking forward to working through all the gears and PAS levels on the trails around my neighborhood. I will say to use caution on turns as you get used to riding the trike. So far I'm very impressed with the trike and look forward to putting many more miles on it.

To start, the customer service has been way above and beyond. I first received contact from the company 1 to 2 days after I ordered the bike. They wanted to make sure that the bike was right for me. They verified the height and weight of the rider so it was a good fit. Ya, they wanted to make sure that the bike and the rider fit well. I then received updates on the shipping and when to expect the bike. When the bike came it was so easy to put together it took about 1/2 hr to have fully ready to ride except the charge.
The only issue in the assembly that I had was the connection on the front (drive) wheel to power. There are arrows that line up for this connection but they are very hard to see (for me anyway) and the connect will plug in multiple directions. I did contact the company but took another look before they could reply and notice that it was not connected right. As soon as I lined up the arrows the bike was up and running.
Now for the bike. This is some of the best craftmanship on a bike I have seen in years. It is very sturdy, a little heavy but expected with the sturdy build. It runs like a dream, has great power, very easy to peddle and power assist is outstanding. I live in hilly areas and it goes up the hill like they were not even there. So far I have not ran the battery down but I do follow their instructions to top it up when ever you can.
I would recommend this bike to anyone and specially those with a handicap and need 3 wheels or more. It's fun to ride with straight power but better to help get exercise and multiple levels.

Overall, I like the trike. The assembly instructions are garbage. There are a couple of items that need to be assembled and aren't mentioned at all in the instructions. However, once you get together, it's a great ride.
If your short 5ft 2 in the seat backrest is all show!!!

Kelly has a bad back and needs support there. The seat has little adjustment forward or back . The handlebsrs look sweet but you can't adjust them closer to the operated to use the back test . So she cont take very long rides . Other than that everything seems to work just fine .

Was extremely easy to assemble and set up and other than some help getting out of shipping box was done alone! Took only a couple hours and as I precharged battery was ready to ride after a setup of brakes and short cool down period.
