So, the bike is amazing for me. My husband had it all together when I got home and I ended up going 11 miles. So a BIG shout out to customer service! They were concerned that the bike was too big and of course it was. I'm 5'6 and this bike is made for someone that is 5'9" or taller. But, I wanted a 750W and I needed handle bars that curved and wasn't straight because the straight bars cause my hands and arms to go numb. The curved bars helped me so much and makes the ride so much more enjoyable! That being said, customer service sent me a bar seat that was much shorter and it help a lot. The bike seems to be smooth riding so far and can't wait to get out there with my little girl in the back seat that was added to the bike.

We just love those bicycles!!! It was not that difficult to assemble and the customer service was phenomenal with any questions we had about the assembly! We rode them all around the neighborhood up and down hills and they are just sooo much fun! We love the quietness of the motor and the smooth ride"¦. Love that you can pedal assist and we love the comfortable seats and the way they look! This was a great buy!!!

Overall. like this bike, it is big and heavy but I have had some issues, most have been resolved by phone with company rep, Hank. Only had this bike 4 weeks so time will tell if more issues to come

THE GOOD:
price is what attracted me to this bike and believe it is a good value
customer service has been good but frustrating at times due to language barrier
bike appears to have strong frame and good wheels

THE BAD:
there are some things that will never go away, namely, some of the hardware used is not stainless steel and I have noticed a good bit of rust just after washing and letting the bike dry one time. I am replacing the hardware as needed

I replaced the seat clap with a good aluminum one, the one that came installed was steel and badly rusted after the wash so I trashed it, seat springs and connections like wise, will try to clean them up and try repainting.

the M5 display went bad after first week, Hank sent me a new one and working fine now, not sure how long of service will get out of this unit though

could have had more detail in the owners manual, lacking in instruction and poorly written

To recap, if you are looking for a heavy frame bike with plenty of power this may do for you but keep in mind there may be some components that you will want to replace due to poor quality. I will do another review in 5/6 months as I have had time to do more riding. Wondering about the battery life, hope that is not an issue.

Ive only had this bike for 1 week and I can tell I am going to love it. It is still bitterly cold up here in Northwest Pa, but I have already ridden it 30 miles. On top of that i still have 50% charge left from its first initial charge. I am 61 yrs old, 6 ft 250 lbs and not in great shape (yet), so I wanted something that can give me some substatial assist after a long ride. This one definetly has done that. I am not mechanically inclined at all, and I had it together in less than an hour....really taking my time. This bike is big and sturdy...I would not suggest for those shorter or much lighter in stature. I was a bit hesitant about the 4" wide tires because i knew it would be more work pedalling it with no assist. Indeed it is more work, but I DID buy it for the exercise, so when i tire i can just kick into assist mode. Additionally, the roads up North here are not as smooth as those down South, there are lots of stones along the berms and the fatter tires makes the ride very comfortable. It also leaves me with the option of being able to ride along the beaches of Lake Erie, or some of the local off road trails.

So why not 5 stars???? After I had the bike assembled and while on my first test ride, I realized this bike is NOT 21 speed/gears, but only 7 speeds. I could have sworn the description said 21 speed?? When I got back I double checked the description, and indeed it does say 21 speeds. When i contacted customer support, he was adamant that the description of 21 "speeds" was correct, and that if I read further in the description, that i would see it has a Shimano 7S gear system so I should have known it was only 7 gears. Well kudos for him on answering my my call on the 2nd ring, but I still find this quite misleading. There are 4 levels of pedal assist and 7 gears, so I "guess" one could say there are 28 speeds, so im not sure how he arrived at 21??? I DID NOT want to send the bike back, I am quite happy with 7 gears/speeds i just wanted him to know that the description is at the least misleading. I thought he might be thankful, throw in a spare inner tube, take $25 off...but instead his was quite indifferent and dimissive. Minor to me, might be more than minor to someone else.

Summer update: i indeed love this bike. I go on 30 mile bike rides, average 15 mph in 2nnd level, still get a great workout cause i mainly use assist, and i have a 50% charge left when i get home. I feel like a kid again exploring. Over 400 miles as of aug 1st.

Ok this review is the start of a 3 part review. I have had the bike almost 2 months now with almost 300 miles. First impression when I opened the box was pretty intimidating. A lot bigger than I thought, the tires looked like motorcycle tires, huge. Anyway assembly was extremely easy even doing it by yourself. I was surprised at just how well built it was, very heavy duty and welds look professional. The bike is heavy and that's a plus and a minus to me. Plus is very strong and can hold some weight. The minus is its just a little heavy to pick up and load. The seat it starting to creek some and I was impressed with the leather and what looks like Hand Sticked Grips. The motor seems very powerful and I've had it up almost 29 miles an hour. Setting where a little tricky at first and took a couple trys to get it dialed in where I like it. I like having the shocks on the front forks and they do help with bumps and stability. Other than that the only noise I hear from dumps or dips is the chain hitting the chain guard. The motor is pretty quiet but at higher r.p.m.s it does Humm some not sure if that's from use or not to tell the truth. I've gotten a lot compliments on it and had given Amazon as purchase site. I'll give a couple more months and come back for Part 2
Overall right now I would recommend it and it's priced very reasonably. Even though it's come down in price since I've purchased it.
