My wife and I both love cycling and we got an e-bike that was 26" in height and it was a little low for me. My wife decided to use that for herself and I got this 27.5" model. E-bikes are so convenient to ride and use and it makes it easy to go for long rides. Considering the factor that good manual bikes are almost the same cost as this one, it makes sense to go for e-bikes.

My detailed comments are below after using it for a week and I would recommend this product to anyone looking for an e-bike in this price range.

My 2 cents are below:

Pros:
- This bike ride is very smooth overall. It handles well in bumps as well because of the front suspensions- Has 3 modes to ride the bike - ebike, assisted bicycle & normal bike.
- Shimano 21-speed transmission system in form of gears and that should satisfy all the needs for any terrain of biking
- Has a maximum speed of around 21.6MPH. I am not sure about you but riding a bike over 15MPH is something my wife and I both don't prefer for safety reasons and hence it delivers as per our needs. It has a 500W high-power motor and immediately catches the speed on pressing the trigger
- 48V battery gives around 43 miles range on a full charge and that is a good number for an e-bike in this price category
- Digital HD led display is very fancy and intuitive but I wish it was colored
- Front suspension is lockable as well to suit your needs
- Has disc brake in both from and rear wheels. It worked great overall for sudden and usual brakes while riding it
- Buttons for horn/headlight are very accessible being under the display facing your side. It is very easy to control even while riding
- Central b/w display visibility is nice even in sunlight. The screen is very bright and has no issues in reading values even in bright light
- Headlight LEDs are bright enough for night rides as well. We usually tend to ride in the evening or when it is about to get dark and hence we liked this
- Overall this e-bike looks fancy and targets youth customers. It would be a great choice for anyone in the '30s
- Tires have good grip overall and we did not feel it skidding as if now
- Great build quality and structure feels very strong from any angle
- It is easy to charge with the access point in a nice area. It charged from zero to full in around 5 hours and I found it to be true to what the manufacturer claims
- Battery compartment is removable and is IP54 waterproof
- Comes very well packed and there was no damage at all
- Bike comes in big packaging with most of the assembly already in place. Just had to fit some parts and screw them up. It was overall an easy assembly but sometimes you may need 2nd hand to get it done easily, especially for hooking the front wheel
- Detailed manual provided and should cover any question you may have during use, however, there is a con as mentioned in the 2nd section
- Manufacturer offers a 1-year warranty on the bike
- Has multiple (4 to be precise) color options to choose from
- Very reasonably priced in this category of product and it is a bank for the bucks

Cons:
- I wish it had rear suspension as well for a smoother ride in plain terrane
- Should have a bike lock inbuilt, preferably an electronic one just like how you have in motorbikes for that convenience to take it anywhere
- I really wish it had rear fenders for dirt protection and a rack to keep something. This bike is made for mountain biking and so mud or water coming on the rear body of the rider is not a very appealing thing
- Taillight is just a reflector and not a brake-operated electric light. When the battery exists with 2 disc brakes in the bike, then the tail light should have been included in this bike
- There are no assembly instructions included in the manual that comes along with the bike

So I purchased this at 459 dollars and 90 dollar shipping which is a pretty good price. The price is always changing so I'd recommend buying when it's somewhat low. The motor is pretty powerful. I can climb hills pretty easily. On just throttle the fastest I've gone is 24 miles per hour going down a small hill which is pretty good. I wish it had better acceleration. But if you pedal hard enough you can go maybe 28 miles per hour and that's fast enough trust me. Now the reason it didn't make 5 stars is because the brakes. They can so squeaky and not powerful at all. Brakes are a very important thing and especially on a e-bike. I did tighten them which made them a lot more affective but they definitely could be a ton better. I tried putting different things on it but the squeak always comes back. The horn is pretty good and so is the light. The suspension isn't too bad either. The battery is pretty hard to take out but after you do it a few times it gets easy. Charges fast and hold a pretty long charge. I don't know how long because I never used it all in one run yet. I couldn't find any other bike with the same specs even near this price. So yeah this is most definitely worth it. Thank you for this great bikeðŸ'Œ

Easy setup, took about 30 minutes. 3 Pedal assist modes at 6mph, 12mph and 21mph. The throttle maxes out at whatever pedal assist speed setting chosen. A few minor things I'd change but nothing crucial. The speedometer doesn't register speeds higher than the set pedal assist mode. So, if you are in pedal assist 6mph, going downhill you'll hit well over 6mph but the speedometer will continue to show 6mph. Not a huge deal, but would be nice to know actual speeds. Seat is pretty narrow and I swapped it out with another seat I liked. Tire tread is pretty small, will likely wear down fast and need replaced.

Overall, I've done about 30 miles on the bike so far and it's pretty fun to use, hills are no challenge anymore. Used the bike in various speed modes along a mostly flat bike trail and was at half battery left at 25 mile mark "¦ so pretty decent range and compares to advertised battery life.

Overall, happy with the purchase so far for the price. Cheap option for a starter bike, hoping it lasts multiple years.

Really been enjoying this. I was skeptical at first but I've had no issues so far. Put about 50 miles on it so far and I'm in love. Highly recommend you replace the seat with something like Cloud 9.

I have had this bike for nearly a year and a half now, and use it for recreational riding with my son. He rides a small motorcycle, and I ride this bike so I can keep pace with him without killing myself. The bike is overall a great recreational ride, except for one crucial point:

By far, the worst aspect of this bike is the brakes. They are the worst brakes I have ever had on a bike in my 45 years of riding. From day one, they squealed like a old car's worn brakes. From about a week into owning this, I had to tighten the brakes after every ride. They will frequently stop working five minutes into every ride, and I have to resort to Flinstones-style braking. I have destroyed a perfectly good pair of shoes because of these horrendous brakes. I will have to replace the entire braking system to fix the problem. Until then, I will not be riding this.

UPDATE 1:

I have recently decided that I want to keep riding this bike, so I started investigating the brakes. I have zero experience with disc brakes, so this is all brand new for me. After watching some YouTube videos, I found out how to locate and remove the brake pads. The braking material on all the pads is completely gone, so I ordered two sets of replacements (they are cheap, assuming I bought the right ones). I will update this as my experience unfolds.

UPDATE 2:

The brake pads arrived, and I was able to replace the front pads easily. With just the front brake pads installed, the bike stops reasonably quickly on both flat surfaces and on a slight incline like I have in my neighborhood. The pads I bought don't fit the rear brakes, so my rear brakes are non-functional. My riding environment is conducive to single-brake riding, so I will probably ride that way until I find replacement pads that fit the rear brakes.

On the bright side, though, there is zero squealing from the front brakes now.
