This is an awesome little bike.

It's quiet and smooth, super comfortable to ride. It has rear suspension and some on the seat for even more comfort. The seat is super soft and firm. It has a lot of space to comfortably set your feet on in the bottom and two baskets that allow you to carry things like snacks or some small bags. It has super bright head and tail lights, including an impressive brake light. You can see pretty far down the road with the headlight and be seen from far away with the taillight. The brakes work great too, very responsive. The bike accelerates quickly and feels strong, doesn't have any problem pulling someone 150LBS. It comes with an optional child seat with handlebars for small kids if you want to take them along. It also has great security features, including the fact that the bike can't power on without the key, decreasing the chances of being stolen. Battery compartment is also lockable to prevent battery being stolen and for easy removal of battery in case you want to further ensure security. Furthermore, this bike is very compact when folded, allowing for it to be carried on a small car for convenience. This bike fits perfectly into a small sedan trunk once folded. The battery range is great too, capable of reaching around 20 miles on a full charge!

Overall, this is a great and very sturdy bike. It feels a lot better than some other "brand" e-bikes I have bought like Jetsons. An awesome bike to get to and from work nearby, or just go cruising at the beach.

I had been looking at e-bikes and e-scooters for a while, but somehow never came across this little gem. As soon as I saw it, I didn't waste much time before buying it. The Soumye S-162 is on some youtube videos as one of the top 5 scooters. I'm a big guy, and when I saw this could carry up to 300 pounds, I knew I had to have it. I'm in the high 200s, so figure I can have a few more burgers and it will still carry me. Assembly was fast and easy, Soumye has a great assembly video, and I had it together in under 20 minutes. The battery was charged enough to take it out for a spin. It felt comfortable and was easy to control. I climbed a bridge that goes over the train tracks that has 3 switchbacks. It's fairly steep and the scooter handled it well. I did help a little with my leg pushing like you'd ride a skateboard, and it climbed the bridge easily. The lights are very bright, and the horn is pretty loud. My short ride wasn't enough to test the battery much, but the charge indicator didn't drop any bars at all. I was pretty shocked that it said a week or so for delivery, but then received a notice from FedEx that it would arrive the next day! Granted, I'm fairly close to a distribution point, but still, 1 day delivery is awesome. I'm very happy with the scooter, and look forward to not having to spend money on gas!

Love the easy assemble. Ride's nice. A zippy little thing. Only dislike is the seat. It's not comfortable at all. I would love to see a nicer seat and a wider seat. But overall a good purchase.

We've had ours for about 6 months and use it almost everyday. The battery lasts surprisingly long. I would drive my son around for 3 hours and the battery is still pretty full. Recently we got another scooter (Astro Gomax) that didn't have a child seat and was $200 cheaper but we like this one more so we decided to get another one in orange so we can take both of my sons out at the same time. This scooter is heavier but also more compact in length and is more powerful especially going up hill. I like the small fat tires(it handles bumpy roads and potholes better), the mile range and battery display, the smooth suspension, and that it has two small storage baskets, I love that the front one comes with a lid. And also because we were local, we received next day delivery from the seller themselves. We love this little scooter and have had so many fun times with it.
