My son has a brain injury and can't drive a car so to gain some independence we got this. He has balance issues so this is great. The only problem we have had is no kick stand or break mode so it won't roll if on a hill or something or if there is we have learned yet. We took it after delivery to our local bike shop and they put it together for a small fee but it was ready the next day

Seller was very responsive and reached out to me ahead of shipping to verify some details. Also very responsive when I notified them of an issue and helped to resolve it. The trike is very fun to ride and has plenty of power. The pedal assist is amazing after working through just a few gears and PAS levels in my initial rides. Looking forward to working through all the gears and PAS levels on the trails around my neighborhood. I will say to use caution on turns as you get used to riding the trike. So far I'm very impressed with the trike and look forward to putting many more miles on it.
