Just received my bike recently and assembled and charged it. Tried turning it on and the voltage display flickered for a moment, then shut down. Can't get any sort of power to go through this thing, feeling mighty disappointed with this purchase thus far. Contacted support and have yet to hear back. Will update review if/when that happens.
EDIT: Contacted support and after some troubleshooting I recieved a new battery promptly (turns out the original battery itself was busted). Took the bike out for its maiden voyage! I love the larger than normal seat (ideal for those of us with ample rears), very comfortable and ideal for a city commute. So far my only gripe is that the pedal assist does have quite a bit of trouble on more extreme inclines, but to be fair I was carrying weight that combined with my own put me at about 200lbs. So if you are on the heavier side, be aware of this.
Besides the rough start and some room for improvement on inclines, I am very satisfied with this bike.

I'm not a heavy rider as I weigh 100lbs, I've gotta to a max speed of 33mph going down a bridge. Now the downside that I have are that the breaks "squeak" pretty loud if I have to suddenly stop. As of right now it takes me to and from work and the ride is about 7miles making a 14 mile trip no charging needed at work. (New trip) I was riding it out in the rain holding full throttle down the entire time except when there would be puddles. I've peddled maybe for 5 mins during the trip, and I picked up my sister who was 19 miles from my start. Adding ~130lbs We made it 8 miles back before it died on us. On the way to her I was riding through the rain and the rain stopped when I got to her house.

After reviewing many ebikes in the G50 class this bike is the perfect fit. My first test was at road america races. This is a very hilly terrain that provided many opportunities to challenge the power. The bike performed great. Seat comfort is good, display is clear and easy to read, adjustable rear shock makes for a smooth ride, lights are bright and turn signals are very good. The G50 Tank is a great off road ebike and performs well on daily commutes. Packaging was very good and instructions for handle bars, front wheel, and pedals were clear and easy to assemble. The happyrun G50 Tank is a fun bike to get out and see the countryside.

We debated over which e-bike to get for a very long time. We finally decided on this HAPPYRUN G-50 and could not be more pleased. The bike is a blast to ride! Assembly is straightforward and all the tools you need are provided as well as a pump for the tires. The sleek, modern look of the bike is fun and gets many second looks as it appears almost like a dirt bike. The shocks and comfortable seat make it easy to ride this bike the distance. I bought this bike because it looks cool and has several features that make it easy to operate. The first thing that stuck out to me were the wide tires. I live out in the country, so having the wide grippy tires make it easier to ride on gravel roads and absorb the bumps. This bike has become my new form of transportation which has helped save on gas money. I ride this bike every day to town, and one of the biggest perks of this bike is the pedal assist mode. Pedal assist is a game changer for pedaling because it takes pressure off of my legs, and with three different speeds to choose from, I can pedal with ease, and the motor does the rest of the work. In order to conserve on battery life, I use the pedal assist mode with the throttle. Some of the other handy features are the turn signals, horn, and a very bright headlight.
