First off - the customer service from this company is exceptional. They communicated throughout the process to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted once I ordered the bike. They called to make sure I was getting the size, battery power, everything that I wanted. I received the bike several days earlier than promised - BECAUSE THEY DROVE IT TO ME! I live about 80 miles from the city they are located in..
the bike are amazing (I ordered 2). Well built, study. Lots of unexpected extras. I am about 6'2, 230lbs and this bike is comfortable and has no problem getting up hills, up to speed, and going for miles. I am VERY pleased with this purchase and would highly recommentld the bike and the company!

We bought these bikes for traveling with our RV. I don't want to tow a car, but still wanted mobility, to run errors or a quick trip to the store. Tonight we took them over to a local high school to learn how to ride them. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to drive. But I learned one stupid thing, put your feet down when you stop.
The bikes showed up a couple days early. They weighed a little more than I could lift up the porch steps. Husband had no problems. He opened up and pulled out the bikes. They were well packaged for shipment. He then began assembling. We ordered 2, his and hers. They went together quickly. They came with detailed colored instructions and a tool pouch, along with touch up paint. Now when it came to the set up, it got a little confusing. Most of the set up for us went quickly, except when it came to setting up peddle assist and throttling. But my husband was persistent and figured it out. We took them for a ride and love them.

I rode this bike for 200 miles before reviewing. I've charged it 2.5 times for this mileage. I do gently pedal everywhere I go just for the fun of it. I did run out of battery once because I misunderstood the bars showing battery level. Fun fact: the second to last bar is really the end, not the last bar. It was fun to run out of power a few blocks from my house and find out how much work that awesome little battery does for me!
I typically use pedal assist level 2 and travel about 12.5 mph. It has a handy "turbo boost" on the right handle bar that I use when I need a quick boost to cross an intersection quickly.
I am 5'1 and I have to be careful climbing on to the bike. I have the seat to the lowest setting. Definitely designed for people taller than me, but I love it anyway and it is possible for my feet to touch the ground if needed.
It's super easy to remove the battery and take it inside to charge.
It arrived in a big box with all the tools needed to assemble. My husband is handy with tools, but we used the videos provided by the seller to see if they were good directions. They are! Pretty easy to put together. You might want 2 people for moral support, and holder of things :-)

I smile every time I ride this bike. Spending less on fuel, getting fresh air and as much (or little) exercise that I want.

Mixed feelings on this bike- it is super cool, works well and seems to be well made-and has some real electric power! It cruises! Tires it came with felt cheap and were replaced immediately. Didn't feel the tires matched the power the bike could do. Also have had problems with the motor under 500 hours of use but they corrected it. If you want to really power ride this bike every day you would need some upgrades. If you were just cruising gently around once and awhile it would be fine as is.
