Sent The Wrong Model with a timer

I have been using heating pads for years because it helps with my 14 herniated discs. I usually buy the bigger ones ( I have one by my bed and one by the couch) but I bought this small one for work. I always buy the brand soft heat because I feel they are the most powerful. I was concerned that maxheat www not a true softjeat but it is. Love it and

This heating pad works great. Rich uses it on high sometimes (which is too much heat for me), but I use it on medium much more often. I get foot cramps often, so I use this under a throw blanket to warm them up. It really helps with the cramping. I've also used this to help feel warmer with a flu fever - the auto-off feature is comforting because if you're drugged up on asprin-PM, it won't stay on long enough to burn you. It's also nice on cold nights to throw under the comforter at the foot of the bed so it's warm when you go to sleep.

This is a good heating pad for the price. It takes a long time to heat up, so I usually wind up turning it on long before I plan to use it. It is also very stiff until it is heated up, so again, I wait for it to be hot before using it. Otherwise I have no complaints about the heating pad.
Cheaper quality than last time I purchased it.

I bought one of these a year ago (according to Amazon's records). I really like it and used it almost daily. After a year of pretty solid use, it stopped responding to the buttons, so I ordered an identical one. The new model works, but the plastic is much stiffer and sticks together more making it annoying to have to pull it apart to flatten it out to use. Will look for another brand next time.
