for the price you can't beat it. It works very well. I love the big size. It covers my whole back and I have a very long back! The only negative is that the cover seems to be a bit cheaply-made and might rip easily. it also has a bit of a weird smell to it. but overall I'm very satisfied with the purchase especially for the price! My kids love it and I also use it for the pets underneath their blanket and they loved it as well! The one I bought from my pets they fell in love with! In fact every time they see it pulled out they run over immediately to lay on it!

I purchased this heating pad 8 months ago and it has been adequate. It doesn't get nearly as warm as my previous (Kaz) heating pad, which was my only disappointment. However, about two weeks ago this item stopped working. It gives no heat and the control light blinks. I've followed the instructions to unplug it for at least one minute to reset it. Makes no difference. I have been unable to reach warranty repair. Each time I've called their system's call volume has been maxed out so they "won't accept any more calls". So much for their 5 year warranty. I wouldn't buy this product again.

Ever since discovering the magic of these things in my high school nurse's office, I have been so thankful and happy they exist! This is my absolute go-to whenever I have cramps or just a plain ole stomach ache. I've had this specific one now for 4 years, still works perfectly. I like that you can take the blue cover off and wash it. Yay for heating pads and the fact that they really do relieve pain!

My old Sunbeam heating pad wore out after about 10 years of use. I ordered this one and so far it seems to be just as great! I have back issues and keep this at my recliner to use when I get off from work. The material is softer and I like the improved heat selector.

I needed to find a heating pad without the automatic shut off timer. I sleep with a heating pad all night long since I have pain in my back, leg and hip. I did not want to have to keep turning the heating pad back on all night long. I sleep on low heat so I do not get burned. I looked all over in the stores and could not find one without automatic shut off so it thought why not go on Amazon and voila I found this heating pad. It heats up well and maintains the heat. I like the size just wish I could find a bigger one to cover more area. I will probably buy a second one to use on my lower leg to cover all the area I need covered at the same time. I am so happy I found this heating pad.
