I thought this would be a bit more cloth like to contour to clients bodies better, but it is a foam lining on the inside, so it's quite stiff. However, it works fine as long as the hydroculator packs are nice and hot. The velcro doesn't really do a whole lot. My pack has slipped out.
so a medium cushioned bath towel between the skin and the terricloth works best.
