Waste of Money and a Scam!

This product only works with a "Hydrogel Pad." Without the pad it's a paperweight. The Amazon page does not mention this fact, NOR is a pad included with the device. They're sold separately for $17.99. It is not eligible for return. Simply a ripoff Amazon should not offer.

I got this for my permanent neck pain. At first it's nice and warm. But after a couple of minutes it starts stinging/burning. Then I take it off and there's a really red rash that lasts for a few hours. I tried multiple times with the same result.
