Great Product

works well. Stays warm a long time and conforms to your body (like a bean-bag). Instructions say 2 minutes in the microwave but my microwave is very low power - it takes 3.5 minutes. The first time you use it in your microwave, heat it up for 2 minutes, check it, if not warm enough heat it for 30 seconds more, and then repeat until its warm, but not hot. Remember: 2 minutes, check, 30 seconds, check, 30 seconds, check,... Don't overheat it. After you do this, you'll know how long it takes with your specific microwave and then you can just use that time forever more (with no 'checks'). If you can't hold it indefinitely, you heated it up too much. Obviously don't heat it up so hot that you can't hold it. Seems to continue heating a little even after its done microwaving.
I bought an electric heating pad and it was never that warm. This product is better than an electric heating pad.

Serves it's purpose but I would not order this one again given all of the other options available out there are comparable prices. The size is too small for what I was intending to use it for (abdomen cramps), perhaps if you wanted it for a localized region like a knee or elbow would be better suited for. Also smells funny once heated up.
Highly recommended!! Great!

So great! I out a little water on both sides to help retain the heat longer. I out it in for around 3min. This thing is fantastic! I've got really bad back pain and this thing does wonders to help relax my back muscles. Highly recommended!!

Does the job. This item has beads inside that get cold. The material is Hollow on the inside other than for the beads. At times when placed on the body all the beads accumulate in the corner or to one side. This leaves an area without any beads and nothing to stay cold. I'd rather have bought a quilted ice pack that would hold the beans in place.
